Person-to_Person Technical Support
 

     Technical Support is available by  fax or e-mail. When you contact Technical Support, please have the following information available (be sure to include it in your fax or email):

  • RuppLynx version number (Go to the Help menu and choose About to be certain of the version number.)
  • RuppLynx serial number (This can also be found by going to the Help menu and choosing About. You can also find the serial number printed on a white label on the back of the RuppLynx CD jacket.)
  • What model Sharp Organizer you are using
  • The type of link between the organizer and the computer (brand and model of cable or infrared link)
  • What version of Windows is running on the computer where RuppLynx is installed
  • The exact wording of the error message displayed on your computer screen
  • What function you were performing in RuppLynx when the error occurred
